I'm running to protect our small town atmosphere and say no to excessive commercial development.

It’s about time the bickering stops on the council, and about time they stop pandering to developers.

I will make our Village government more accountable, hold the line on taxes and stop the wasteful spending at City Hall.

I will be the needed voice for our senior citizens, and stand up for what is right.

'Proud to take this seat.'

'Proud to take this seat.'

Exciting to see all of my campaign signs sprouting up around town. Thank you supporters!

Dear Neighbors,I am Sharon Lascola and I am running for a seat on the Wellington Village Council. My late husband and I came here in 1980. We were drawn by the beauty, peace, small town atmosphere, and community spirit in Wellington. But, today, we have a Village in danger of being turned over to developers and special interests. We have Council members who spend our tax dollars foolishly. And we are divided as a community.I am running to change all that.Elect me and I will protect our small town atmosphere and say NO to excessive commercial development. I will make our Village government more accountable, hold the line on taxes and stop the wasteful spending at City Hall.I respectfully ask for your vote and support on March 11.Sincerely,SHARON LASCOLASharon Lascola for Wellington Village Council

l’d like to introduce you all to my mom, Marion. Like many of our residents my parent now lives with me and I am now her caregiver. She is my best friend and the light of my life. She keeps me grounded and reminds me each day how absolutely precious life is.

My late husband Gus and I came here to Wellington in 1980. We were drawn by the beauty, peace, small town atmosphere, and community spirit here. But, today, we have a Village in danger of being turned over to developers and special interests. We have Council members who spend our tax dollars foolishly.
